Jewelry with sterling silver bails includes a 16-inch silver chain, stainless steel a matching chain, while gold jewelry does not include a chain.


Question: I would like the pearl but without a chain. Is this possible?

Yes, you can choose the “no string” option when selecting the desired item.


Question: How can I personalize the chain for my MEMORABLE jewelry?

Additional chains in silver, gold or stainless steel are available on our website, with length and metal option to choose from.

Question: How do I add a personalized engraving to my Memorable jewelry?

 

  1. Select your jewel: Open the page of the desired jewel on the website and check that it is compatible with engraving. The types of engraving available (name, date, word, text, signature, imprint, etc.) are specified in the description of the jewel.

  2. Add the jewel to the cart.

  3. Choose the engraving service: Go to the “Engraving Service” section, select the type of engraving you want, and confirm compatibility by choosing the jewelry model from the drop-down menu.

  4. Add engraving details: Fill in the necessary fields, such as the text to be engraved or upload a clear photo (for fingerprints, signatures, or handwritten notes).

  5. Complete your order: Add engraving to cart, then proceed to checkout.

Question: How many ashes should I send?

Place a teaspoon of ashes in a clearly labeled resealable plastic bag. Add a second teaspoon for orders of more than 5 pieces.


Question: How do I send the ashes to the MEMORABLE workshop?

After placing the order, Atelier MÉMORABLE will contact you to arrange a time when the courier can pick up the ashes. 


Question: How do I know if the MEMORABLE Workshop has received my ashes?

An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the ashes.

The ashes are cast into glass or embedded in gold, silver, or resin. Sometimes a tightly sealed cavity is created to place the ashes.

Any excess ash not used for the jewelry is returned to the customer with the order. We understand their importance and we return them with respect.

The time between sending the order and collecting the ashes by registered mail is generally between 24 and 48 hours.

The creation of your jewelry begins within 48 hours of receiving the ashes.

Upon receipt of the ashes, manufacturing of the jewelry begins and takes approximately 14 working days to complete, ensuring the quality and emotional value of each creation.

As soon as the order is finalized, the invoice is immediately sent to the customer's administrative department.


Question: How long do I have to wait after paying my invoice before I receive my parts?

Once you have paid the invoice, the pieces are shipped by registered mail in 2-3 business days, ensuring prompt receipt of your MEMORABLE piece of jewelry.

The MÉMORABLE workshop assumes the transport costs for collecting the ashes, thus ensuring a secure and respectful reception of the material.
