The MEMORABLE jewelry service accompanies you every step of the way.

1. Complete the order

Select the desired model, options and quantities.
Click on ADD TO CART and PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
Complete billing and delivery details.
Click on PLACE ORDER
Print the order form received by email.

2. Collect an ash sample

Collect a sample (one teaspoon) of ash.
Place the sample in the ash bag provided for this purpose.
Close hermetically.
Slip into a clearly labeled envelope.
Seal the envelope

3. Send the sample

Enclose a copy of the invoice in the marked envelope.
Retrieve the email voucher from your email box.
Stick the courier slip on the envelope.
Return the envelope to the courier carrying out the collection.
An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you upon receipt of the ashes.

4. Receive your parts

A completed order notification will be sent to you as soon as your pieces are ready.
An invoice will be sent to your company's administrative department by email.
We will contact your administrative department to finalize the payment.
Once payment is made, the parts will be shipped by registered mail.
You will receive the registered mail tracking number by email.
